We don't offer generic solutions; we focus on niches like PTSD-friendly housing with quieter layouts and blackout curtains, or mobility-accessible units tailored for specific needs. Our properties are designed with features like secure storage and flexible guest policies for caregivers. We're not just a real estate company; we're experts in creating environments where everyone, especially veterans, can thrive.
Beyond housing: A support network
We understand that a home is just the beginning. That's why Livingthedream has built a robust "Veteran Wraparound" partner network. Through formal relationships with VA social workers, SSVF providers, local VSOs (VFW, American Legion, DAV), workforce boards, community colleges, and mental health services, we ensure comprehensive support. Our promise is simple: "We don't just place you—we connect you." Every tenant receives a one-page resource map, and our intake and leasing processes are designed to be radically veteran-friendly, ensuring a smooth transition into your new home and community. We check in on our veterans twice a month as well as set them up with a fully furnished environment.
